Your rights include:

  • To obtain, at reasonable intervals and without excessive delay or expense, confirmation of the existence of information on you in a database, as well as the communication of said information in an intelligible form.
  • To be aware of your credit history, as well as the identity of those users who have been provided with your credit information within the past six months.
  • To present complaints concerning the incorrect maintenance or provision of information, in accordance with the procedures established by the law or the code of conduct defined by TransUnion in each country.
  • To request the updating and correction of information, conforming to the procedures established by the law or the code of conduct defined by TransUnion in each country.
