credit data.  Credit scoring represents the probability of an event happening in the future, but does not indicate that an event will necessarily happen.

Credit scoring can help you better understand the financial health of consumers and make more informed decisions. It can help reduce the inefficiencies associated with manual subjectivity, errors and limited information. Credit scoring can also help reduce exposure, satisfy regulatory requirements and increase the profitability of your portfolio.

Score Predictivo was developed using advanced modeling and analytics by an experienced global team of TransUnion analysts. Tested, validated and fine-tuned through work with local leading financial institutions, TransUnion Score Predictivo is helping automate processes and facilitating faster, sounder decisions.

Portfolio Reviews

Portfolio reviews give you insight into how risk is distributed within a portfolio, and how that distribution of risk may change over time. Basically, a portfolio review involves obtaining credit data on each customer in your portfolio. This allows you to evaluate the risk presented by each customer in the portfolio at that point in time—and therefore the true underlying risk dynamics of a portfolio.

This can help you better manage risk, improve your return on investment and develop your product portfolio to meet more of your customers’ needs.

You may find portfolio reviews a valuable tool in:

  • Customer account management, by enabling you to make timely and sound decisions on credit limits, interest rates and payment terms.
  • Portfolio management and being aware of changes in your portfolio’s risk level.
  • Portfolio valuation, or assessing the performance and value of existing portfolios. Make better purchase decisions and reduce losses.
